Taste
Apart from the fetta, this is the best cheese to come out of Witches Chase. Those who frequent the blog know that I have a perchant for creamy blue, which is exactly what this cheese is. This one is less brie like, with a medium blue flavour. I actually enjoy this one because it is a bit closer to a blue than a blue brie, and the saltiness adds depth.

Look
I don't think blue brie ever look pretty. This one comes vacuumed sealed, but once it's opened, it's pretty messy.

$3.60 for a little sliver. It's actually quite a good deal for an artisan cheese.
