Lindt Wafer

Taste

If you ask me, these are the best tasting of all the Lindt blocks available, or at least all the ones I've tried anyway. A thin layer of milk chocolate surrounds a crunchy wafer layer with hazelnut paste. The balance of chocolate to wafer to hazelnut is spot on.

Rating - 7.5

Look

Perhaps because it's cheaper, there's no foil wrapping? A blue and gold paper wrap around this block, with cardboard backing. Unlike the cardboard boxed Lindt blocks, it's best to finish in one hit.

Rating - 1.5

C-factor

100g for $1.99 is on the lower end of the Lindt product range, but the quality and taste places it above their Excellence range and their Lindor range.
