• Taste - flavour, innovation, quality and quantity ratio(10 pts max)
• Look - packaging, colour, practicality (3)
• C-factor - value for money, cool factor (2)

Swiss Points will be calculated by adding the total from the 3 categories above.

The Brownies

I will now explain the CC Brownie Point System of Restaurant Rating, aka The Brownies . Each restaurant will be rated on these factors:

• Food - flavour, innovation, quality and quantity, cocktail list (10 pts max)
• Atmosphere - decor, music, seating, lighting, location (3)
• Service - staff, organisation, efficiency (5)
• C-factor - value for money, special moments (2)

Brownie Points will be calculated by adding the total from the 4 categories above. If a restaurant manages to earn 20 Brownie Points, they can enter the Brownie Hall of Fame, and I will actually revisit that place!
