I will now explain the CC Brownie Point System of Restaurant Rating, aka The Brownies . Each restaurant will be rated on these factors:
- Food - flavour, innovation, quality and quantity, cocktail list (10 pts max)
- Atmosphere - decor, music, seating, lighting, location (3)
- Service - staff, organisation, efficiency (5)
- C-factor - value for money, special moments (2)
Brownie Points will be calculated by adding the total from the 4 categories above. If a restaurant manages to earn 20 Brownie Points, they can enter the Brownie Hall of Fame, and I will actually revisit that place!
