Tasmanian Heritage True Blue

Taste

This blue from Tasmanian Heritage is a combination of brie and blue, and yes, as I have stated time and time again, my favourite combination. This brie was matured, meaning there was a melting creaminess to it. The blue flavour was milder than others.

Look

They don't foil wrap this cheese, it's plastic wrapped. I won't go into the debate of which one is better here, since I finished this in no time at all anyway. The table is not that appealing and could do with some updating.

C-factor

230 g for $1.99 on special. This can definitely stand up to the King Island blues.
