Stuffed Bell Peppers

All spicy and sweet at the same time, the 3 different fillings, basil pesto, mascarpone, anchovies all adding a different dimension to the taste. The peppers were still slightly crunchy, the filling squishy, yum! My favourite filling was the anchovies, the slight saltiness adding contrast to the sweetness.
