Jindi Brie

Taste

Jindi brie is one of my all time favourite cheese. It’s quite surprising because I am certainly not a fan of their camembert, but their brie on the other hand, is a beautiful combination of creaminess and saltiness. The awards it has won include World Champion 2004, 2002, 1996.

Look

In the gold colour foil wrap, with all the medals it has won printed on it. The creamy colour cheese absolutely oozes out of its white mould.
