This innovative bake at home kit comes from Nature’s Selection. I don’t know how much of this was due to my superior cooking skills (not), but the cake was absolutely wonderful. A mix of fruit and spices, it was deliciously moist and full of fruit. It didn’t look too bad either!

Almost everything you need is contained in the baking tin, including a Merry Christmas decoration. You just need to add eggs and oil and stir.

800g for $6. It’s certainly a lot less effort than trying to bake your own Christmas cake, and part of the sale is a donation to Red Cross, what mroe could you want?
