Clover Hill Romano

Taste

This is one sharp cheese. It’s not overly powerful or smelly, but the taste is very distinctive. I probably would not use this cheese in cooking, as the flavour is too obvious, but it makes a good eating cheese.

Very boring, but with some rustic rough edges.
