Taste
I picked up these goodies on a recent trip to Tassie.
- Truffles:
- Rum-Raisin - alcoholic enough for my taste
- hazelnut mousse - smooth
- Ganache - This was MEGA yum, a fine mixture of cream and chocolate, simplicity at its best.
- strawberry - not too sweet but with distinct taste of strawberry
- mocha - with dark chocolate and smooth creme
- orange - a strong orange taste and matches very well with the dark chocolate
- Fudge:
- mocha - sweet coffee taste but still retaining the chocolate smoothness
- Chocolate:
- Dark Orange - dark chocolate so totally yum!
- Macadamia - not that much macadamia flavour but yummy nevertheless
- Praline - yum!!
- Mouse - dark chocolate Turkish delight. Very nice and not too sweet.

Look
You can buy them pre-packaged but we chose from the display. It was all put in a little carry box and tied with your choice of colour ribbons.

C-factor
Truffles were $0.70, Fudge $0.80, chocolate $0.90. Mega cheap for good quality handmade chocolate. At the factory shop, you can even buy broken pieces or 1kg truffles at a discount…not to mention all the taste testing.
