Taste
This was an absolutely gorgeous cake, even I the impartial to white chocolate thought so! The white chocolate was a bit sweet, but at least it didn’t have that fake sugar taste. The sponge was light and the mousse gorgeous too. The dark chocolate wasn’t too bitter so it’s for everyone.

Look
Brown and white layers on the outside, with brown and white alternate chocolate curls on top. There were many oohs and aahhs and many pictures snapped.

$39.95 for a 9 inch cake. It’s expensive but the ingredients are top rate and there’s a lot of handiwork that went into it.
