Kefalograviera

Taste

Well, now that I'm on the path to try anything and everything, this is my latest cheese find. I had no idea what to expect, but this is like a fetta, only much much saltier. The texture is quite crumbly, but the cheese is harder than a fetta. I think you're not supposed to eat it plain, but I have no idea what to do with it. Def not a cheese to be eaten by itself.

Look

It's snowy white in colour, without any visible air holes. Well, I don't know what the whole wheel of this stuff looks like as I only bought a cut piece.

C-factor

It's $19.99/kg, I will probably buy fetta instead, it's cheaper and tastier.
