I can say it's my favourite cheese from King Island Dairy, and one of my favourite of all cheeses. I love creamy cheese with a bit of bite that is not too overpowering. This one is virtually oozing in its creaminess. It's perfectly balanced in saltiness too.

A soft white mold surrounds a very creamy yellow melting centre. It looks very inviting.
