Vaalia Yoghurt

Taste

It's been awhile since I've had Vaalia, as my last experience wasn't that good, and of course it took me a long while to come back, but on this try, I was pleasantly surprised. The passionfruit and mango - was a bit light on the fruit, with it all tasting a bit artificial. I was impressed with the great consistency of the smooth and creamy yoghurt. The vanilla blueberry was better, the blueberry being less sweet (although not that juicy) and allowing the natural vanilla taste to shine though.

They are low GI and contain live cultures.

Look

In the distinct green and cream packaging, they can't be mistaken for any other yoghurt on the shelf. The twin-share packs are quite handy for traveling or to consume in one sitting.
