  • Gua Bao - Steamed bun filled with pork belly, home pickles, peanut shavings and coriander
  • Soya Milk Fried Chicken - Chicken marinated in soya milk, twice fried.
  • Pomelo Crunch - Pomelo, carrot, daikon, red onion, crispy wontons, fried vermicelli and dressing

Capish:
  • The Special - Beef Braciole made from rare breed Denver chuck, rolled and stuffed with Garlic, Pecorino Romano and Parsley, slow cooked in a sweet onion and bone marrow sauce topped with melting Taleggio cheese, homemade pickled red onion and served on an organic glazed buttermilk roll.
